The week before Halloween

The week before Halloween was one big, long, continuous costume party!

Jessi got to wear a Halloween costume to ballet class one day, she chose to dress up as a witch.

The kids performed a dance to the "Monster Mash" for us. Jess was GREAT!

Jessi's tongue is always sticking out when she's concentrating, like on this obstacle course.

Cute little witch!

Thanks for coming to see my class, Auntie Mary and Uncle Justin!

Later that morning we went to Holy Family to attend the Kindermonkey Halloween prayer service. Megan got to sing for us!

After the prayer service was the class field trip to the pumpkin patch.

We even got cider and donuts!

Kindermonkeys (am and pm classes) on the hay mountain.

Later that week, Katie got to wear her pioneer outfit to ballet class. The girls did a dance to "Ghostbusters" for us!

Another day, we went to Jessica's preschool Halloween party. The kids sang us several songs and did finger plays. Jessi went as a witch again.

Then the preschoolers went trick-or-treating in the gym. Megan passed out our candy to the kids. She was excited to dress up, too!

Now we're on to the Holy Family Halloween celebration. Here's Megan dressed up as a 70's groovy girl in the school parade.

Here's Katie the ballerina, hugging her BFF Molly.

Auntie Mary and Uncle Justin came back into town that day and got to see the parade and come into the school. The girls loved showing off their classrooms and teachers!

In Katie's 3rd grade classroom.

Later that night, we made cupcakes for the soccer party the next day. Mary & Justin were able to come to Katie's last soccer game of the year, before they had to fly home to Colorado. We loved having them here!

After Katie's game and pizza party, we went to Megan's last soccer game of the year. Here is Megan's team.

This is Megan's first soccer trophy! She's so proud of it!
