Niagara Falls

Our spring break has begun! We made it to Niagara Falls by lunch time. Our first view of the falls:

Chris and Jessi re-enacting the pose from 7 yrs ago when he put her in the baby Bjorn under his coat! With just her head sticking out!

We had lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe. Meg had a guitar plate:

Chris had poutine:

Katie and Jess shared nachos:

Lots of guitars:

Then we walked across the Rainbow bridge to the U.S.

The falls were sooo cool! It was warm, in the 50s, but there was tons of snow by the falls:

Right up at the edge of the American falls:

Chris became a Sherpa for a while:

View from goat island, looking back at the American falls. My favorite island was closed due to snow higher than the fences!

At the edge of the horseshoe falls:

We found the survey marker:

This is part of the tightrope across the horseshoe falls!

Katie Wallenda:

Chris Wallenda, without a tether!

Chris the Sherpa again:

Eagle Eye found tons of change today:

After a few hours of walking, we came back to the Canadian side and had some treats at the Hershey store!

Walking back to our hotel:

Ferris wheel:

Us on the Ferris wheel! Like the photobomb?

We survived!

We had a nice pizza dinner, and now we're at the pool. We'll all sleep well tonight!
