Megan's picnic and graduation

Megan's last week of kindergarten was full of fun activities.  On the last day of school before kindergarten graduation, the kids had a class picnic.  It was a beautiful day, and the kids got to play fun games outside before the picnic.  It was almost like field day all over again!

Friday, June 10th, was the big day of graduation!

See Megan?  Standing so still in between songs.

Megan had a short reading for the Prayer of the Faithful.

Megan got her diploma from principal Sister Karen, and assistant principal Mrs. Vandercruyssen.  Then she walked over the bridge to 1st grade!

We're so proud of Megan!  (Katie got to see the graduation, but had to go back to class before the reception)

After graduation, I took Megan out for lunch to McD's (her choice).  And the girls got mini ice cream cones, too!

Even though kindergarten was done, I still had to volunteer in the library in the afternoon one last time.  The girls tromped back to school with me again.  And after school was even more excitement - Katie's ballet recital!  It was a crazy busy day, but soooo fun!
