Camping

We went camping over Labor Day weekend.  We were blessed with beautiful weather and had a ton of fun.  We went to a county campground just 10 miles north of us, which has a lot of amenities.  We swam in the lake each day, we did crafts at the craft tent each afternoon, we watched a magic show and a movie one night (How to Train Your Dragon), and we went on a wagon ride around the campground.  We bumped into some school families we knew, and did quite a few of the activities with them.

Smores for lunch?  Why not!

Our last morning, the girls caught a tree frog by our tent.  I think he was the same guy who was chirping RIGHT outside the tent by my head!  He was soo loud!

What a cutie

Posing Jessica is kind of cute, too

Megan helped make pizza sandwiches/hobo pies on the last day.  They were delish!

Cooking and eating outdoors was the best part!  We had a great time together, just the five of us, on the last weekend of the summer.
