Christmas overload!

Again, I'm behind on posting pictures...sorry! Here's what we did on Christmas vacation:

We took the girls to see "Tangled" (the Rapunzel movie). It was great! The girls brought their Rapunzel Barbies to watch the show, too.

That night after the movie, both Jessica and Megan threw up a LOT. That's when we knew that Jessi's upset tummy was actually a stomach bug. Everyone got the norovirus, except me somehow! It was a rotten way to spend the rest of Christmas break, either throwing up or cleaning it up. :( Though we didn't get to do any of our plans, we were lucky to have a whole week to recuperate from that bug.

Here's what Santa brought! He wrote a note that there wasn't enough room under the tree, so he left the presents by the fireplace instead.

Here's our pretty tree, and all of the presents to and from our family. We're so blessed!

On Christmas morning, the girls got up bright and early. They were worried when there weren't any presents under the tree, but then they started screaming with excitement when they saw their stash! They each got Pillow Pets, shown here:

Jessica LOVES Curious George books, and got a great treasury:

Megan got a lot of Barbies and even a Barbie car!

Jessi's favorite present was the jar of marbles. She plays with them every single day!

Megan and one of her many new Barbies: (I love her crazy smile and crazy hair in this one!)

Santa surprised Chris with new Merrell hiking boots:

Megan is infatuated with nutcrackers, and got two from Santa:

Katie got quite a few clothes from Justice, her favorite clothing store.

Each of the girls got a new sled, which have gotten LOTS of use since Christmas!

The girls love their new water bottles from Auntie Nancy and Uncle JoJo:

Here they are, wearing and showing off the goodies they got from Great-Grandma Postorino:

Girls modelling their new pioneer nightgowns from Auntie Becky:

Katie likes her new guitar t-shirt, it really plays music!

Thanks for making our Christmas special, even though we were stuck at home!

*crazy Megan photo--totaly epitimizes (sp?) what I remember about Christmas morning as a kid!
*Katie's early 90's hair band look with the tshirt. Straight from Poison!
*seriously though I love the pioneer nightgowns!! What a great idea, becky, did you sew them yourself? I love the colors and fabric, and I can imagine how excited the kids were (esp. Katie!)
