Colorado Springs

Monday, we made it to Colorado Springs by noon. Unfortunately, it was rainy and only 60 when we got here. We thought CO was always sunny and 85!! :) We killed some time by having a long lunch at a yummy Mexican restaurant. Then we headed to the Air Force Academy for a great tour!












By the end of the tour, it had stopped misting, and was clearing up. So we headed to the Garden of the Gods for some hiking and climbing. What an awesome place!!

































After several hours of hiking, we
headed for our hotel, and all crashed. Today's itinerary: Pikes Peak!
