Katie's Spanish Ballet

Ahhh....time to catch up!  We have been VERY busy the past two weeks, with lots of activities, and lots of pictures!

First is Katie's ballet recital.  She danced in a Ballet 1 class, for 9-12 year olds.  She had a great teacher who really worked the kids hard!  The class danced a Spanish ballet, and had the most beautiful costume:

Her recital was on a Friday night, a few days later.  Mom & Dad C. didn't come, so we had extra tickets, and we invited Katie's BFF Molly to join us.  First we all went out to dinner at Chili's.

Molly sat with us in the audience, and loved all of the dances as much as we did!  Katie's group did a fantastic job - it was a nearly perfect performance!  Much improved over the dress rehearsal!  And such a huge difference from the "little kid" dances, this one was so complex, and so fast.  I will try to upload the dance videos to YouTube if I ever figure it out again.  But for now, enjoy the pics!
